M8047C Redriver
The Keysight M8047C redriver enables the testing of devices with back-channel losses exceeding the equalization capabilities of the used error detector. Through a continuous-time linear equalizer and a linear output driver, equalize and boost the signal to the error detector. Operate with NRZ and PAM4 signals at speeds up to 32 Gbaud. The M8047C complements the built-in equalization of the Keysight M8041A, M8051A, M8046A, and M8043A error detectors.
M8053A Interference Source
Future proof your design with the new M8053A Interference Source. The M8053A provides the bandwidth needed for 224 Gbps in datacenters and future generation testing for PCIe. This includes Interference tolerance testing of receivers in the 1.6T market and any application up to 128 GBaud PAM4. With the M8053A, Keysight has the complete receiver test solution for next-generation interfaces up to 224Gbps.
High Voltage Remote Heads
Keysight us excited to introduce new high voltage remote heads for the M8050A. The M8068A/69A high-voltage remote heads are designed to drive optical modulators for IM-DD (intensity modulated direct detection) with symbol rates up to 64 GBd (M8068A) and up to 120 GBd PAM4 (M8069A).
PCIe Receiver Test Software Enhancements
M8050A now has full support for PCIe, including up to Gen6 (M8046A ED) and Gen7 pathfinding (M8043A ED). Key enhancements include new SSC functionality, improved loss compensation for the M8043A PCIe Gen7 pathfinding error detector, and a new redriver for testing backchannel loss 28 dB for PCIe Gen6. The M8050A also supports compliance software for PCIe Gen1- Gen6 and Gen7 pathfinding.
