NEW N1032A/B 120 GHz optical module for DCA-X sampling scopes with the world’s highest optical bandwidth.

The ultra-high optical bandwidth in N1032A/B module is ideal for analyzing 112 GBd (224 Gbps) optical signals or any application that requires ultra-wide optical receiver > 65 GHz bandwidth (-3 dBo).

Applications include optical transceiver design and production test, electrical ASIC/FPGA/IC design and characterization, serial bus characterization, and measurements and troubleshooting via TDR/TDT and S-parameter measurements of channels, cables, and PCBs.
