Keysight has released the new firmware version 10.06 for InfiniiVision HD3-Series oscilloscopes.
What’s new?
- Instrument compatibility with the DP003xA High Voltage Differential Probes.
- AWG stabilization and improved performance, enabling better resolution of square/pulse waveforms, more consistent pulse- width resolution for the pulse waveform, and improved Sine Cardinal and Cardiac waveforms at supported frequency ranges.
- AWG burst mode capability was added, enabling the output of a user-defined number of cycles of the defined waveform when the transmit burst is selected.
- SENT protocol was added, enabling serial trigger and decoding of signal values from a sensor to a vehicle controller, targeting automotive applications.
- XY mode color scheme added, enabling the selection of a multi-color intensity gradient for waveforms and persistence.
- Digitize SCPI improvements, decreasing the baseline digitize time.
- General usability and functionality improvements, including borders on waveform grids, improved math function update rate, autoscaled FRA charts, and the ability to manually autoscale math functions.
