XA6 SA6320A
The XA6 SA6320A is built for environments where standards are high. Its industry-leading DANL, dynamic range, phase noise and EVM performance enable capturing complex signals completely and resolving fine spectral detail.
Full preselection to 67 GHz ensures spurious-free measurements, while up to 8 GHz analysis bandwidth captures wide, complex signals in a single acquisition with no stitching and no gaps. GPU-accelerated 5GNR EVM demodulation delivers the fastest demodulation speeds available in a signal analyzer.
XA5 SA6210A
The XA5 SA6210A delivers unmatched signal visibility through best-in-class displayed average noise level (DANL), dynamic range, phase noise, and error vector magnitude (EVM) performance — enabling engineers to detect spurs, harmonics, and low-level interferers buried in the noise or sitting close to strong carriers.
Its innovative wideband preselection filter architecture drives industry-leading swept measurement speed, while 2 GHz analysis bandwidth, 80 MHz resolution bandwidth, and best-in-class EVM and cross-correlated EVM (ccEVM) performance enable conformance testing across 5G, Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), ultra-wideband (UWB), and automotive radar in a single instrument.
The only signal analyzer in this class with dual-receiver architecture enables single-box MIMO capability and ccEVM. Faster swept measurement speeds mean you complete more testing, more accurately, in less time.
Both instruments are SCPI compatible with legacy X-Series signal analyzers and support X-Series measurement applications and 89600 Vector Signal Analysis (VSA) software. A redesigned user interface reduces clutter, enhances readability, and streamlines workflows.
